We launched our first version of our CRM, SaaS already then - and the system was called "Direktportalen". We got our first CRM customers who started working in the system. Around this time, we focused many of our functions around sending newsletters.
Time for the next version of our CRM - CRM Portalen. CRM Portalen had grown to become a platform that included functions for working with newsletters, taking care of customer relations, contact persons, invoicing and intranet. We also changed the name of the company to CRM Portalen. In 2009 we had 3 employees working full time, we have grown organically from the start!
We launched Cirrus CRM. Our years of experience in the industry had taught us that we could make a real difference in sales, and that became our main mission with Cirrus. People were still using client-installed CRM systems designed for IT professionals around this time, so we had really found our mission. We were now 7 full-time employees and we had some really big companies running on our platform.
After more than 2 years of hard work, we landed our new brand - CRM Portalen became Care Of CRM. Many years of development made it clear to us - we had outgrown our old costume. New name, new logo, new website, a lot of new things but our mission remained the same. But, things didn't stop there, we were about to launch our latest CRM. Our biggest launch ever!
We finally launched our next CRM - Cirrus 2. Endless hours of blood, sweat and tears. Proudly and happily we welcomed our first users on board our new CRM environment. New platform, new UX and UI design, new integrations, new features, new apps etc.
And we've only just begun…
